This wasabi blend powder delivers the signature heat and sharpness of wasabi in a convenient blend. Mix with water to create a paste for sushi, meats, or sauces. While it’s not as bold as fresh wasabi, it’s a reliable option when fresh isn’t available—especially if you're in rural Maine!
